Do you offer food samples?

- We do not offer free samples. We do offer small 4 and 5 packs of the dog food recipes and 5lbs of our cat food recipes. We cannot ship anything smaller for our frozen food items.

Are your ingredients NON-GMO? 

- All our fruits and vegetables are non GMO. You can read more on our ingredients used here.

When will my order ship?

 - We ship treat orders Monday- Friday. Gently cooked food orders ship Monday-Wednesday depending on your location. Subscription orders process Wednesday and ship Monday. You can read more here.

My food arrived partially thawed is it safe to feed?

- All food orders do not need to arrive frozen. Food needs to be cool when it arrives. You can refreeze food if you do not need your entire shipment right away. Please read our guide on reporting any issues with your shipment.

How long will my food last?

- We recommend food to be under refrigeration for up to 3-5 days and up to 12 months in the freezer.

My pet doesn't like the product, can I return it?

- We do not accept returns/refund based on palatability. Please read more on our return policy here.
